My new found love for paper.

I've recently reverted back to my childhood days of playing with paper and realized it's more fun now than ever. I've started out small with a few notebooks and artsy cards with envelopes. I even threw in a few book marks fir good measure. So here they are below... some of them are for sale on etsy. Thanks for looking.

Ready for Sale!

I spent all night handpicking through all my pendants, sanding, buffing, and varnishing ones that I thought needed a little extra attention. After making all the finishing touches I sorted and bagged the pendants according to color. Now I have quite a selection for the Grand Opening of my Etsy shop : Lunar Persuasion~ Clay Beads & Jewelry.

Trying to get this show on the road...

Hello! Things are looking pretty good right now for the shop. I've gotten a little more organized around the house and finally broke down and bought my really expensive batteries for my digital camera. ( I will be investing in a rechargeable one soon!) Nonetheless, I was able to take some pictures of items that I'm working on now and some new pieces that I have just finished up.

There is so much for me to do before I open shop. One of the things being, verifying my Paypal account. Well, while I was proceeding to add my bank to my paypal account , I received an error message saying that my account was already being used by another paypal user!!! Curious as to see who it was, I did a little research. Shortly after, I found that it was my ex finance!!!! So i tried to contact him to ask him politely if he would remove my bank from his account and he said he didn't have time. Well, no big surprise there... I didn't expect him to cooperate. So now I must close my bank account an get a new one. Sigh... I'm staying positive though and I WILL get this show on the road by March :)

It's all happening...

I have just recently discovered a little thing called Etsy.com where you buy and sell all things handmade! After spending some quality time looking at all the different shops and reading post after post, I decided that Etsy.com was the perfect place for me to sell my jewelry to the entire world. So here I am blogging, posting, listing, reading, crafting, and smiling all with hopes that YOU would like to wear a Lunar Persuasion pendant.

As I prepare the shop for its grand opening, you can stay updated here on pieces & pendants that I am currently working on as well as how everything is going in general. This whole experience is new and exciting to me. For so long now, I have been wanting to somehow make a living out of what I LOVE to do. For me that means sitting at home and making beads out of polymer clay. Every time I sit down to play with clay I learn something new and challenging, not to mention the rewarding feeling of creating a unique piece of jewelry that's signature to my style and creativity.
